How do I place an order?​

For now we don't have an online shopping method so feel free to send us a DM or PM on our facebook page or instagram​​ account. You can also opt to send us an email. You can find our details here

What time should we expect the delivery?

We are looking to cover most areas in Dubai. Having said this, we aim to finish all deliveries by 10am. However, Dubai being as it is, everyone has their own preferred time. We will try our very best to adjust accordingly to cater your preference.

Do you have a delivery fee?

We have a minimum purchase of AED50 in order to avail a free delivery. Otherwise, we have a delivery fee of AED20. First time trial packs will have a delivery fee of AED10 if the minimum purchase of AED50 is not reached.

Why do we have to pay a deposit for the bottles?

We are lending you our bottles. We will return your deposit once we receive our bottles back when your package subscription is over.

What if we want to keep your bottles because they are too cute <3

Ah we knew you'd ask. You can buy the bottles from us at a price of AED10 each for the 1 litre bottle and AED5 each for the 500ml bottle

Can we use our own bottles instead of paying for the deposit?

Yes you can provide us with your own bottles if you would prefer that. We will try our very best to take extra good care of your bottle but we cannot guarantee it's safety as well.

Can we sell our bottles to you?

No, thank you. We already have a supplier :)
